Kerry Ellis will play the role of Gwendolen Fairfax in Original Theatre’s production of ‘The Importance of Being Earnest’. Kerry will play various dates on the National Tour, starting at Yvonne Arnaud Theatre Guildford January 24th!

Kerry most recently played the role of Alice in Frank Wildhorn’s new musical Wonderland, based on the iconic characters from Alice In Wonderland reunited with a now grown up Alice. Wonderland toured the UK with Kerry guest starring at certain venues including Edinburgh, Manchester and Wimbledon. The show is directed by Lotte Wakeham and choreographed by Soundcheck client Lucie Pankhurst.

Award winning West End leading lady, Kerry Ellis is best known for her roles including the original ‘Meat’ in Queen and Ben Elton’s musical, We Will Rock You; Elphaba in Wicked in the West End as well as on Broadway; Ellen in Miss Saigon; Nancy in Oliver! and most recently, Grizabella in Cats at the London Palladium for which Kerry won a What’s on Stage Award.

Kerry continued her long term working relationship with Brian May with a tour of Europe in the summer of 2016, and the duo have just released their highly anticipated second studio album ‘Golden Days’. Buy here!

Kerry has announced her 20th Anniversary UK Tour for 2018. This solo tour will celebrate her 20 year theatre career and will play venues up and down the country from February 2018. Kerry is excited to be touring the country with her band and special guests to be announced, performing highlights from her career and new songs she has yet to perform.
