Hugely popular and always controversial, American talk show host, author and comedienne Chelsea Handler is making her UK debut on July 12 bringing her special one-off show ‘Uganda Be Kidding Me’ to the jewel in the crown of the West End, The London Palladium.
The host of the E! Network’s ‘Chelsea Lately’, Chelsea will be hopping over the pond this summer for one night only to coincide with the release of her book of the same title ‘Uganda Be Kidding Me’.
In the hilarious and absurd collection of travel essays, Chelsea delivers some of her favourite stories while also giving travellers her (not to be believed) guide to etiquette, hot spots, and answers to some of the most asked travel questions.
Chelsea is no stranger to success, having written 4 books all of which topped the New York Times Best Seller list, and in 2010 went on the road with her ‘Chelsea Chelsea Bang Bang’ tour, which was extended three times, drawing more than 250,000 fans in 44 markets and grossing more than $16 million. In 2011, she brought along her friends and regulars from ‘Chelsea Lately” on her ‘Lies That Chelsea Handler Told Me’ comedy tour, which sold out in the top 20 US markets.
Now Chelsea is bringing her unique and hilarious new show to the UK.
